Want
to Tri a Triathlon?
Triathlon
is one of Britains fastest growing sports
that is enjoyed by both young and old alike. It's a multisport event
usually made up of a swim immediately followed by a cycle and then
by a run. Distances for each discipline vary, but the "sprint"
events usually consist of a 750 metre swim (30 lengths of a regular
25 metre pool), then a 10 - 12 mile cycle finishing off with a 3.1
mile run. Our
goal as a club is to try and provide a platform for anyone interested
in Triathlon and multisport events, regardless of ability in the
Scottish Borders and surrounding area.

go about training for your first one or if you're interested in
